I recently upgraded from 5.1 to 5.2. We had a 1000 VU licence for 5.1 but I can only see the free 50 VU licence for 5.2. Why is the 1000 VU licence not available for 5.2.
I've put in a deactivation request for the 5.1 1000 VU licence will this mean that the licence will become available for use with 5.2 once deactivated.
Dear Stefan, the main reason to not have the 5.2 license available is that your Gold support expired.
