J'ai une licence 5.4 mais j'ai besoin d'une licence 5.2 car je souhaite utiliser la version 5.2 de Neoload. J'ai demandé la désactivation de ma licence 5.4. Que dois-je faire maintenant ?

There's no self-service way to get an older license as we prefer our users to use the latest version. Nevertheless, please open a support ticket and the support will take care...
