I encountered a problem, which the chinese character convert to the unknown codes like "?????" when submits the soap requests, I try many ways by myself, such as I changed the value of the http.querystring.encoding from utf-8 to GB2312, but not works. I attached one picture for your reference.
I would very much appreciate it if anyone could provide solutions on this.
