Unable to run the test getting uanble to run genrator and monitor in 5.2 version

Unable to start controller and monitor version 5.20.

Getting the attached errors while running. unable to find the cause. Please help me to solve the issue.

Is it a first NeoLoad 5.2 installation on your machine or have you ever installed a beta version on it?

If you had a beta version of 5.2 already installed have you installed the official version on top of the old one?

If it's the case please uninstall your current version and install again the 5.2 official version on a different folder this time.

If not could you start a command prompt and run the command "set" and send the output?

after uninstalling previous version also its not working .i have attached the set command output.

I can see that you have a "classpath" variable set on your Windows environment. Could you unset it or change the name from "classpath" to "classpath1" and start again NeoLoad?

You need to do it under the System properties. (Look at the screen shot).

Make sure with the "set" command that it has been done.
