I am trying to create script for a web application which uses Java. Response body of the code consists binary content. Could you please let me know how to convert binary data.

The description of your issue is not clear. You are talking about a JAVA application and an Oracle forms application. Which one is it?
Oracle forms client can use a Java applet but the protocol used is Oracle Forms and not JAVA.
So if it's really an Oracle forms application, did you load the frmall.jar file in your NeoLoad like described in the NeoLoad documentation here?
