Have errors when opening Oracle Forms through HTTPS

We are trying to use the NeoLoad to record the below steps in HTTPS: Home page-->Login-->Opening Oracle Forms by clicking some button in the HTTPS page-->Exit Oracle Forms-->Logout. But after clicking "Check User Path" in NeoLoad, it has the below two errors. Please kindly help. Thank you.

Please ensure you have configured Oracle support correctly, empty requests are normally related to request detected https://www.neotys.com/documents/doc/neoload/latest/en/html/#691.htm#o692, you also have correlation issues I expect
