i have an application that uploads file via websocket.i tried to record that scenario but neo load is not responding.what should be done??

How long does it take usually without NeoLoad to upload such file? Is there any long processing task on the server side?
You should check the NeoLoad log files regarding any errors related to WebSocket. You can get them through the menu "Help-->Open logs folder...". Check all these logs "neoload***.log"
