Is it possible to apply a "Time Interval Filter" from command line?
Not yet. The ability to automatically apply a filter after a test is currently under development for NeoLoad 5.2. The idea is to define a filter as a setting of the scenario and apply the filter each time the scenario is played, from the GUI or from the command line. Does it fit your need?
