In an earlier question "http://answers.neotys.com/questions/674582-need-handle-dy...; you posted a link to a siebel framework document but the link is no longer working. Can you please share this again please?
The framework file is still available on the other post. Right mouse click on the file and save it. Then change the extension file from pdf to xml.
You can import it to the NeoLoad frameworks.
