I'm trying to record a transaction in CA Service Desk Manager , but when I press the Save button , the following error message appears: AHD04400:argument error,
but if I do it manually the information is saved correctly. can you help me please?
Hi , I watched other questions and apparently this error is caused by encoding and decoding the http requests while neoload is recording, so this is the solution.
1.Stop NeoLoad
2.Edit <install_dir>\conf\controller.properties
3.Go to [Runtime] section and add in the new line that option: 4."URL.encode.space.plus=false"
5.Save
6.Start NeoLoad
7.Try a new recording
