There's an ip spoofing option in NeoLoad but it will only allocate a different IP per virtual user. I do not see the point to use a different IP per request.

I would strongly recommend you to use the 5.0.4 version instead of the 5.0.0 and in that case the 32 bit version is available. Do you have a good reason to still use the 5.0.0...
