Dear Smukkidi,

The windows account used to launch NeoLoad has no right to access the database.

Do you have a firewall between NeoLoad and the database (beware the Windows Firewall on the NeoLoad host)? TCP Port 445 and TCP Port 139 must be open on firewalls. For the Windows Firewall, this can be done by adding an exception for "File and printer sharing".
