We are trying to capture a message of an addon built into Microsoft word. The user clicks the add-on button which saves the file in server. Is there any possible way of recording this request/response? Tunnel Mode doesn't seem to work.
NeoLoad can only record HTTP/HTTPS transactions. Do you know if it's the case with your add-on?
If yes, you may try your NeoLoad recording by starting IE. Your add-on may use the proxy set in IE and so NeoLoad would be able to record the transaction.
The first thing to check is if your desktop application is a client-server application using HTTP(S) protocol for the communications since NeoLoad only supports this protocol...
