Answered question

SDPY not enabled in Free Version

I run localy a jetty server with spdy support. I make some neoload test but the results tell me no spdy support on server site. I visit some website like twitte and google and they support spdy but i can't reach them. Additionaly i check https://www.ist-spdy-aktiviert.de/ and it tells me that firefox support no spdy. Why is no spdy support in the free version but neotys website say "all protocols included"?

It looks like NeoLoad doesn't support this SPDY server, while it can handle others (Google's one in the screenshot). We need to investigate this.

I recommend you test on your own server, run a Check VU, select the root and select the servers tab to get the SPDY status as shown in the screenshot.

NeoLoad doesn't record with SPDY enabled. The goal is to capture the HTTP traffic that is used with non-SPDY browsers when playing back the load (SPDY + HTTP traffic at the same time).

So, at runtime, SPDY will be enabled according to the simulated browser. Go to the Population panel and edit the browser to ensure that SPDY is enabled for playback.

@Christophe M.: I record a second test with a SPDY test page. The test page say no spdy enabled. Then i changed the browser in neoload like you explaned and run the test. But no spdy was enabled. The Server Result section see no spdy read and enabled. Additionaly was no success resource (image) loaded. I test it with Chrome and Firefox from NeoLoad.

@Christophe M.: The last answer was a good hint. I check http://www.google.de and i see the SDPY support Flags. But i can't check for example twitter because no certificate was accepted which is strange. Also my local server has no support but some browser plugins tell me i have support. This is a little bit confusing.
