Is it possible to record and execute scripts / test cases on real Android, iOS and Windows devices without any third party tool (e.g. Perfecto, etc)integration?
If it is possible without any third party tool integration then please provide documentation link so that I can try / evaluate.

You can record a script with NeoLoad directly from a real device but if you would like to also replay it on a real device then from NeoLoad the only way is to use the Perfecto integration.
There's no built-in feature in NeoLoad to execute a script directly on a mobile device.
