I had raised this question earlier but didn't get any solution hence raising it again.
I am designing a script in which i need to a soap request per user. The SOAP request contains data specific to each user:
Scalar data like user id and password and multiple list of data as explained in the question i had raised earlier.

How can i create the CSV file for the same and set the value change policy for the same. My value change policy needs to be for each Virtual User and multiple list of values needs to be applied in the SOAP request for each user.
Appreciate any help and apologies for raising the question again.
