I've followed the instructions for importing certificates when recording from an HTTPS site but I still cannot load the site correctly after doing the certificate import.
Could you be more precise regarding the issue that you encounter? Is it a certificate warning from the browser?
If you record with NeoLoad any other HTTPS application like gmail, do you have a certificate issue?
