It simply means that your web server does not support the SPDY protocol (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SPDY). Consequently, NeoLoad did not use SPDY to connect to the server.

If you server is not supposed to be SPDY compatible (most servers don't have SPDY enabled), then you can safely ignore this indication.
