Answered question

Do "as code" tests with script actions have access to custom JS library functions defined within the project?

We are looking into creating some "test as code" definitions within a project which was designed in NeoLoad GUI so hence it would be a "hybrid" project with a project file. Do tests executed from the CLI with YAML defined structures have access to the custom JS libraries defined within the project?

As long as your libraries have been defined in your project you should be able to access them from a Javascript defined in your yaml file. I have quickly tested with the CryptoJS libraries and my Javascript defined in the yaml file calling that library worked.
