Do you know any way of how we can integrate NeoLoad results with Grafana? Is there a special plugin or do you know any solution for this?

There's no plugin or specific integration between NeoLoad and Grafana. The only integration is with a Prometheus monitor if it could help. You could also maybe use the REST/JSON API if you need to retrieve some data from Grafana API's.
There's no integration the other way i.e NeoLoad to Grafana but you could use the NeoLoad Web API to get statistics from your NeoLoad tests.
Nouredine is correct, an example was built but was unsupported and was more of a demonstrator, showing the art of the possible.
