The link you provided is related to communication between a controller and load generators. This has nothing to do with NL-Network-01 errors that you may have during your tests since this errors occur between the LG's and your application.

You need to check the details of these errors to get an idea of the root cause. But in general these errors are not NeoLoad errors.

@nouridine - in this scenario why they have mention that is one of the cause and why they have given that is one of workaround.can you provide me how to enable tcp port on load generator and controller interface in neoload.

The workaround described is if the NL-Network-01 errors are due to a firewall between your LG and your application. In that case you could use another LG behind your firewall so it can reach your application without going through your firewall.

The TCP port used between the controller and LG is 7100. So it is that port that needs to be enabled if you would like to do that.

This only makes sense if you do have a firewall between your LG and your application AND these NL-Network-01 errors are due to your firewall.

Who are the 'they' you refer too? the error you describe is the load generator making a request and not receiving a response from your application, if the request you are making is valid then it would be the network or app under test that is causing the error.
