NeoLoad uses the perfmon DLL to monitor Microsoft products like MSSQL. This DLL does not support the use of credentials. So when you put your credentials in that configuration panel NeoLoad will first try to execute a "runas" command using your credentials and if it fails it will try a net use command.
So it seems that both failed hence the error message.
I can't see your host but it seems to me that it might not be correct. Could you confirm that you only put the hostname? Have you tried with the IP of your target machine to rule out any hostname issue?
Also please look at the NeoLoad documentation for the necessary pre-requisites for Microsoft monitors setup.
@nouridine - i have given ip address and also include port when i will give host name and also check ping command and it returns 0% loss.after that i have done changes in below link.
https://www.neotys.com/documents/doc/neoload/latest/#1159.htm#o26695. but no use and can you suggest me workaround solution.and also give how to enable "File and printer sharing" (1st option in attached screenshot(sc6).Here problem is even i am enabled with admin acess and save 1st option it is not saved.here my doubt is my network team has disabled that option in somewhere.do you know that where can i enable " Turn on file and printer shaing option" in below screenshot? may be group policies in control panel? if this option is enabled then my problem gone.can you suggest me how to enable trun on file and pritner sharing option in below screenshot. apart from that how to resolve error 53 ,the network path was not found?.waiting for your reply.
@nouridine - i have given host name with ip adress along with port and after i have given i got network path was not found error.can yo please suggest some workaround for this.
