I am trying to execute a Jenkins job to trigger a Neoload scenario. But the build fails with "ERROR: Unable to automatically lease a server license" PFA log. User running Jenkins and test manually is the same (rootuser).

You are trying to automatically lease a shared licence but you haven’t specified a shared licence server. What type of licence do you have?
Neither having a shared license nor Neotys teams server is configured. Doing proof of concept with the FREE license.
