We're connected to a SaaS instance of Neoload web. However sometimer when running tests it won't connect as it has timed out.
Is it possible to change the timeout setting?
I'm not sure to understand your issue. When you say "it won't connect as it has timed out"? Do you mean that NeoLoad Web asks you to login again because your user session timed out?
If it's the case then there's no option to increase that user session timeout which is around 28 minutes by default.
Hi Nouredine,
Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately I didn't make my question clear enough.
What I was referring to was that when starting to run a scenario, a dialog box pops up letting you put in a name, a description, and also to tick/untick the option to connect to Neoload web. This appears to spend roughly 30 seconds trying to connect and then times out. I've attached the log files showing this error.
Is it possible to increase this timeout setting?
I do not think we can increase that timeout and do you think that it will work if we increase it knowing that it failed after 30s which is already a lot. And the question is more why you get that timeout and is it expected on your side that it may timeout sometimes?
In any case this may impact the export of the data to NeoLoad Web during a test if that connection is not stable.
