Error when configuring the license server or when running a scenario and trying to use the license

Hi everyone,

I have a user who's having below error when configuring the license server in Neoload or when he's running a scenario and trying to use the license:

Unknown Error. NeoLoad Web Error

at com.neotys.nl.gui.h.e.InstalledLicensesDialog.a(InstalledLicensesDialog.java:370)

Any idea what's causing this and how to resolve the issue?

I assume that you are using a shared license right? Where did you install it? Is is on the Neotys Team Server or NeoLoad Web?

What is the status of the test of connection for the NTS or NeoLoad Web settings panel?

Salut Nouredine,

  • Yes it is a shared license.
  • Installed on NTS.
  • No idea about the user's connection test... but he told me that now the license is working fine :s

So, I guess that the issue was a mis-configuration from the user's part.
