User path validity error javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure. Site is configured for TLSv1.2, tried setting https.protocols=TLSv1.2 and https.invalidate.session=true same error.
Neoload 7.4 https, IE 11

Do you have more details in the error messages about that handshake failure?

Without NeoLoad in your browser when you reach your URL you have a lock next to your URL where  you should be able to see the SSL version and cipher used by the browser. Could you provide them?

Also if it's a public URL you can send it in a private message so we can double check from here as it will be much easier to troubleshoot since the root cause of the issue can be anything.

Detail handshake failure:
Not public URL, going through a proxy which seems to be working and site has it’s own certificate which I tried to import into Neoload but gives errors and doesn’t use.
From neoload.log file
2020/06/19 09:10:09 ERROR - neoload.Gui.CertificateMng: Can't load keystore: XXX-ROOT.cer java.io.IOException: DER input, Integer tag error

SSL version and cipher used w/o Neoload in IE browser
TLS 1.2, AES with 256 bit encryption (High); ECDH with 256 bit exchange.
The connection to this server is encrypted.
Zone: Internet | Protected Mode: On  Noticed this is off when running via Neoload

From IE lock icon it displays
XXXCA-ROOT has identified this site as: qa.dataxxx.com
