CAPTCHA required Your Bitbucket account has been locked even if i resolve it in the bitbucket's web client before.

Hello dear community, when i test my account on Collaboration server i've got this message "org.eclipse.jgit.api.errors.TransportException: https://bitbucket.xxx/xxx.git: CAPTCHA required Your Bitbucket account has been locked. To unlock it and log in again you must solve a CAPTCHA."
even if i resolve again the captcha in the bitbucket's web client before.
Any idea please ?

Hi, yes, login via a web browser, complete the captcha and that should solve the issue

Thank you but i resolved the captcha in bitbucket's web client before and i've got always the problem in NeoLoad

Did you resolve it using the web browser on the Neoload machine? maybe bitbucket has flagged the ipaddress of that box as being suspect rather than the account as a whole

yes the browser and the neoload gui are on the same computer in the same windows session
