Not able to record mobile applications in Proxy mode.

Have configured the NeoLoad machine and mobile, but not able to record anything.
Have tried http://<IP>:8090 on mobile browser but it shows 'This site can't be reached'.
How to resolve this issue?
If there is any firewall then how to check it and rectify it?

Yes, on the Neoload machine, check port 8090 can accept inbound connections in your firewall
