I am using neoload7. I am using the below certificate file. Even after i installed the certificate, when ever i am started recording the chrome browser keep saying... Certificate error.

On some secure environment ROOT certificate can't be installed by users. Have you checked in the browser certificate panel that you do have the NeoLoad ROOT certificate installed?
If you have Firefox try to do the same with it sometimes the restrictions are not the same.
