NeoLoad does not modify the Windows registry when it is installed. The only things that is added to the system is some Windows services for the agents but they are not mandatory for the NeoLoad controller to work. Zipping the installation folder and unzip it to another machine works fine. So i guess you could also use your package tool to do the same.
