There's no link between Jenkins integration and license content. Short anwser is that you can use Jenkins plugin with a standard license. The "Integration and Avdanced usage" module is required if within your NeoLoad project you use some advanced actions or third integration party like AppDynamics, Dynatrace etc...

For any test launched with the command line and that uses NeoLoad Web, the URL of the test on NeoLoad Web side is produced in the standard output.
