Does NeoLoad currently have a way to monitor Azure Functions during a load test of an application that has been deployed in Azure?

There's no built-in monitor in NeoLoad to monitor applications/servers deployed on Azure. I would suggest you to post an idea to get feedback from our product manager on such feature.
Worth to mention but NeoLoad has a REST/JSON monitor so if you are able to retrieve from Azures API's some statistics with JSON format you could use that monitor to get statistics.
