How to use integrated doc?

As I am running my tests, I occassionally get errors. Clicking on the error in the Errors-Tab of the Results-Screen shows a message which end with "Please refer to the documentation for further details and advice". That sounds helpful - but if I click the link it attempts to open http://127.0.0.1:0/en/2936.htm which gives ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID in Chrome. How may I access the doc about this problem?

I also posted in into Firefox who showed a msg "Port blocked for security reasons". I'll add a screenshot of the actual error-msg.

In the URL if you replace :0 by :50000 which is the default port does it work?

For instance http://127.0.0.1:50000/en/2936.htm

Nope - same result. I also disabled my antirus - just in case it would interfere, but it doesn't.

I suggest using the online help - https://www.neotys.com/documents/doc/neoload/latest/en/ht...

Help page 2936 refers to...

"The "java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to host: connect" error probably indicates that an incorrect network interface has been used. Check the Load Generator advanced network settings.

The "java.net.SocketException: Connection reset" error may occur when the server is overloaded."

Thanks - that showed me what I was looking for. But since I may need more help, I'd like to sort out this issue. Will contact support by email to get it sorted.
