NeoLoad Web is only supported on Linux machines with Docker. That's why there's no install procedure for Windows.

First you need to install Docker and docker-compose on your Linux machine then the installation of NeoLoad Web is straightforward.

So you can look at the NeoLoad Web documentation for Docket itself here and the NeoLoad Web deployment  here

Choose the type of deployment based on your need. For testing purpose the all_in_one deployment is enough.
