It was working and we had issues with team server conflicts which caused us to go back to the back up . This was setup as a new repo and changes were made to 2 virtual users .none of the other items were changes yet while pushing the changes it showed that there are conflicts on variables.we anyways tried to push and it didn't work and we got the error

If I follow this right, the server copy was restored as a new repo, you then checked out the project, made some changes and it failed at the publish stage. This means that the copy on your PC is the latest? if so I would "save as" a new project with a new name, this will remove any association with an NTS copy. The Neoload title bar will wont have a URL. You could then share this new project with its new name to the NTS?
