In neoload web(SaaS) how to configure controller and load generators after creating zone

As per documentation there is window where we need to give the zone id and i am unable to open that window

On which OS are you? On Windows, there's a system tray icon on which you should right click.

Note that you need to launch the program ControllerAgent.exe and not NeoLoadGUI.exe

Hi, Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I am using and I am launching ControllerAgent.exe, when I launch it, it is launch as an background process.

I am unable to find an find any system tray icon. Can you please attach an screenshot of the system tray so that it will be really helpful for me.

It will look like this.

If it doesn't appear, you may need to clean a lock file. Remove ' controller-agent.lock' if it is present when the process is not launched.

The folder is C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\Roaming\Neotys\NeoLoad\v6.8

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I am able to open the settings and give the zone id and access token but I am getting the error message as "Connection to Neoload web is failed". Can you help me with this

Neotys released yesterday the latest version of NeoLoad and NeoLoad Web. For this new release, there's exceptionally a constraint on resources version: Controller and Load Generators connected to NeoLoad Web must have version 6.8 and more.

So you need to install a Controller 6.8: https://www.neotys.com/support/download-neoload. In the future you won't need to upgrade your Controller/LGs each time we release a new version.
