How to resolve Neoload certificate error even after the certificate is installed?

Hi, while i try to record, i am always getting certificate required warning even after i install the certificate. could you help me on this.
I looked at the proxy, it was changed to localhost:8090 to record the local traffic, however i couldn't able to eliminate this warning/error.

Ensure NeoLoad root certificate is installed in "Trusted Root Certification Authorities"
