Neoload unable to launch the IE for recording?

Hi, I installed Neoload 6.5.1 X64 bit version on my windows 10 64 bit laptop. when i try to launch the recording, i am always getting the below error saying "Error during the proxy starting" .

That issue may happen if you have a JDK/JRE installed on your system AND it is set in your Windows path environment variable.

In a dos console run a "set" command and check the PATH variable content. If you see the path of a JDK/JRE remove it from the variable system and try again with NeoLoad.
