Is there a way LT tool can find out the network latency at the time of Load Test or is there any performance counters that can tell you network Latency
Yes, you can look at the Response time and compare it to TTFB (Time To First Byte). If the values are the same for a given response, or average, then you don't have any latency. If the values differ, this is the network latency.
