Installation Error in Linux

While Installing neoLoad on Linus(AWS Server) I am getting these errors. java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 0
at sun.font.CompositeStrike.getStrikeForSlot(CompositeStrike.java:75)
at sun.font.CompositeStrike.getFontMetrics(CompositeStrike.java:93)

The issue seems related to a font issue. First of all could you try to run the installer from a normal user instead of the root user?

N.B: it's not necessary to use sudo if you are already connected with root.

If you still have the same error running the installer with a normal user please look here for a potential solution.

@Nouredine A. I tried with normal user , also we are using Amazon Linux, not RH. It is still giving the same error. I tried 2 versions.
