While trying to install Neoload on Windows 10 I am facing an error that says 'An error occurred (error code 20)'. Looking into the logs, we can see an error that looks like below.

can anyone please assist with this error?
It happens when there's a download error, can you download again?
Thanks for the reply Chris. We tried downloading the installable multiple time and still faced the same issue. In fact, we tried with 6.4 and 6.5 both. Any other pointers?
