Unanswered question

I am trying to connect to a machine to monitor.

• The firewall is open (port 7200)
• File and printersharing is turned on.
• Remote Registry service is started

I try to connect and all I get is System error 53 Networkpath not found

I can't ping the machine because that it not turned on.
When I run net view on the machine name or ip-adress I get the same thing.

What could be wrong?
