You may have to adjust the NeoLoad preferences under Project settings tab-->Media streaming tab based on the content type of your video and the extension of the file.

Also be careful if it's a video from youtube you are not allowed to load test their web site unless you are just testing the video functionality in NeoLoad for design purpose.
