Have set proxy in phone and DNS as DHCP(GENERIC). What can be the reason it is not working.
Is this Android or iOS? have you imported the certificate on the mobile device? for the proxy to redirect to the internet, Neoload must be running
...for iOS, in settings, general, about, make sure certificate trust settings is enabled
