HLS protocol is an optional protocol?

I understand that HTTP/S, HTTP/2, and SOAP are included in Standard, Professional, and Enterprise License. My client plans to do loadtesting with HTTP/2, WebSocket, and HLS. I'd like to know which protocol(s) is considered as "Optional." My understanding is that WebSocket is the only protocol that is considered as the "Optional." Am I correct? Is HLS also the "Optional?" Please, confirm.

On the Licensing side, there's no specific requirements for HLS.
