Unanswered question

An incorrect license is available to download. How can I get the correct one from the portal?

The license available in the customer area is one for another site, is already being used (for 250 vu). An additional license has been purchased (for 500 vu) but does not seem to be available to download. Can the correct license be made available?

I've checked and you should be able to see your 500 VU license. I can see a 6.0 version of your 500 VU license. Can't you see it in one the available tab?

The issue of the not being able to see the license, and no access to technical were both fixed earlier for me. So everything is OK now.
