We are trying to record a third party forms page. During recording we observe that when the forms button is clicked,a seperate frame gets opened where the page does not show up everytime wherein the application works fine manually. We are using Neoload 5.1.3 and is a java application.
Is it an HTTPS application? It could be an issue related to SSL. Make sure that the NeoLoad certificate is properly loaded in your browser. You should not get any SSL warning prior to the JAVA applet transaction.
