Unanswered question

We are trying to connect our application servers but not able to connect, and getting error as "Failed to connect:Access Denied".
Controller, Agent and Monitor machines are having Windows 7. We have neoload user in all the performance monitor groups and also restarted remote registry service.
Please let me know what are the ports have to be open in application servers.
