If you run 10 VU (constant load), i assume that you would like them to logon and logout once. So you will have 10 login and 10 logout done at the end of your test.

If your goal is to run 3 times the transactions inside your virtual user, you can put them in a loop and run them 3 times.

Transactions outside the loop will still be played once.

In your load policy, you will configure only 1 iteration and 10 VU.
