My NeoLoad license renewal is being handled by a reseller. How can I check the status of the renewal? Is there a website I can check or something in the NeoLoad tool itself?
When you connect to your customer area and click on the My Cases link, you have on the top the gold support expiration date. If you need to get more information about it you can always send an email to sales@neotys.com.
